Messenger Update

After June 30th, to send non-promotional messages, it has to fit under one of these 17 tags (not including subscription messaging): https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/send-messages/message-tags

If it doesn't fit one of those, you have to use a sponsored message :)

FYI - use video whenever and wherever possible.

Facebook says video delivers a 10 to 20% lower CPM.

Facebook projects 95% of content on the platform to be video by 2020 and is placing a premium on video content taxing static images more. You can fight rising costs by making the content the platform wants.

Not only is video cheaper but it also has retargeting capabilities that static doesn’t.
