What's your go-to outfit when working from home? PJs? sweatpants? Maybe you go for all out comfort with a cozy onesie? 🤔

If you've said yes to any of the above, then you could actually be impacting your productivity and you may find it harder to get things done each day. 😳

We associate clothing with it's purpose and when we wear specific items we often adapt the same characteristics. For example, we associate PJs with lounging and sleeping, so when we wear them we feel more relaxed and less inclined to be extremely active. Our mental acuity can even decline and all we really want to do is Netflix and Chill.

So, when choosing your WFH outfit it's important to think about clothing that makes you feel professional and motivated, while also being comfortable. Try a pair of wide-leg pants in a nice soft jersey material, or maybe a polo-shirt with a collar rather than a plain baggy t-shirt. You can even use bright colors to boost your energy and productivity.

Save the onesie for the weekend, and create a WFH wardrobe that helps you get things done. 🎯
