Excuses are often made to shift blame away to circumstances beyond our control.

We should work on that because sometimes opportunities come but due to our excuses got slipped from our fingers and we regret.

So first of all we should understand our self efficacy how it is exactly and what we think about it. When we start believing our ability to do a task will work better.

We should increase our self efficacy and for this we should make some small changes in our life like; we can make some changes in our daily routine, in daily diet, remember some past experiences, choose some roll model, see some quality quote, make some changes in your dressing style etc.

We should try to examine our excuses what we are giving and think about the reason behind it.

As I have seen in many cases, making a list about excuses what we give in a particular situation is a best way to overcome it.
