Greetings and welcome to the CFAT Vocational Training and Development Center in Kairana Shamli! We specialize in providing exceptional vocational services, supports and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities while also meeting the subcontracting and employment needs of businesses in the fashion designing and clothes manufacturing training and development. We are running CFAT VT

C since Jan 2016 and providing training to individuals with disabilities and women as they are incredible assets to any work environment and that they have valuable contributions to make to our society. Accordingly, we offer a highly effective and resourceful workforce that focuses on innovation, productivity and efficiency to break down barriers to employment and provide greater employment opportunities, choices, and independence. The individuals we serve are typically referred to us from the Developmental Disabilities Division, Vocational Rehabilitation, School Systems or Public/Private Agencies and will receive job placement services, job coaching, supported employment, center-based programs and/or direct employment services.
