Canva has this little tool called Magic Switch. While this is a Canva Pro feature, it is totally worth the investment!

Not only are you able to resize your design to fit various platforms, but you can also translate it into multiple languages, have your post converted into a blog, summary or email newsletter...you can even turn it into a poem 😱

With the help of AI technology, Canva is able to change the format and transform your graphics into something completely new.

Canva Templates are amazing!

As great as they may be, just grabbing a random template and swapping out the colors isn't enough.

Being a graphic designer who creates cohesive assets, I can spot a template a mile away. My suggestion to you is, if you're using templates, pick one template and find ways to rearrange elements to create multiple graphics for various posts.

Going into Canva and grabbing multiple templates and just swapping out the colors is a recipe for inconsistent branding.

You must also consider the overall branding. You have to stay consistent with the style, fonts, imagery, and elements, as well as the color scheme.
