I did record this one yesterday before I had my first full night but WOW I am blown away

My only ‘complaint’ is the speaker quality isn’t the best for listening to white noise cause it isolates the high pitched frequencies, so I had to listen to a specific video, but listening to my podcasts was TOP

March 2026 Lessons… 👨🏻‍🏫

1️⃣ Changing our offer to make it easier for people to get started has completely changed our business. In Q1 our churn is down like crazy compared to last year because we found ways to service anyone in the market. Don’t be scared to build your offers around what your clients are asking for.

2️⃣ Dedicate your heart to whatever you’re doing no matter what. If you don’t put your 80%+ in (which isn’t always the same level), you’re wasting all the potential. Don’t go until burnout, stop at capacity and know your limit.

3️⃣ Attack On Titan is the greatest anime of all time (outing myself for only watching 2 anime’s ever 🤣). Genuinely taught me so much about human interaction and pre judgement of others.

4️⃣ Investing in yourself is scary but necessary. Our budget this month was CRAZY… but we’ve been able to pay for so many things on the business and personal life that are going save us hundreds of thousands over the next 12 months.

5️⃣ Instagram Ads are still underrated. The gold rush isn’t over. Get your money to make money for you.

6️⃣ House hunting is the MOST stressful thing in the world. To have a long term place to call my home until we’re ready to figure out where we want to buy is a headspace that is unmatched.

7️⃣ The Spanish bureaucratic system sucks donkey balls. When governments or corporations make such huge errors you as a business owner can forgive yourself for yours.

8️⃣ Turning 28 had me reminiscing on where I was 6 years ago. Lonely, unemployed and in incredible depression. My life has changed immeasurably for the better and in a way I could not imagine. Greatful for the friends, family and team I have around me.

9️⃣ One of our clients suddenly passed this last week. To say I’m shocked and saddened is an understatement. To lose someone who I probably spoke to for a couple hours each week talking strategy and debating football has left a crazy hole for me. Grief is no joke. Don’t push yourself and allow yourself to heal in whatever way feels possible.
