For the past few months, everyone has been "pivoting" in their businesses and making adjustments so they survive these crazy COVID-19 times.

BUT...

Do NOT listen to others in your industry who may be trying to make your "new" way seem like you're being a sellout.

This attitude has plagued the martial arts industry for decades. Let's face it...things are different right now and many of you still have your members.

Loyal members, who have stuck by you through all the ups, downs, and lockdowns.

If you are going to reward a student their next rank through virtual testing then I say...GO FOR IT!

They deserve it.

I've seen a few people in various business groups hate on instructors for making this decision and I think it's whack!

Remember: Only YOU know what needs to be done to serve YOUR community, YOUR employees, and YOUR business.

With that being said... GET AFTER IT!
