Back at my desk, and there’s a new tiny 'creative director' in my life who thinks 4 a.m. is the perfect time for team meetings. 🍼💤 After welcoming my baby boy, there's definitely a little more love in the air – and a lot more caffeine on hand.

Juggling motherhood and work is a new kind of balancing act, but it brings a deeper sense of purpose and creativity. It’s not just about finding time, but finding meaning – much like the way we approach our work with the artisanal, ethical brands we collaborate with. There’s a special kind of magic in embracing both.

With a dreamy view of our little lane from my workspace window, I’m reminded to treasure these moments, whether it’s a quiet pause in nature, a cuddle with my little one, or crafting designs that reflect the heart of a business. Here’s to nurturing both tiny humans and big ideas. 🌱

I hope you're doing well.
It's been a while since my last update on social media, and I wanted to explain my absence and share some exciting news.

I recently relocated, which has been an incredible experience and it also taught me valuable lessons:

1️⃣ Embrace Change: Relocating taught me the importance of embracing change, just like in business. Adaptability is key to growth and success.

2️⃣ Building Networks: Moving means I need to seek new connections, which is vital in business too. Strong networks bring fresh ideas and opportunities.

3️⃣ Resilience: Relocating has made me resilient, a trait very much needed in the business world. It helps overcome obstacles and learn from failures.

Should you explain your onboarding process?

Yes! of course, it is good practice, and it keeps everyone informed when making their decisions on whether to work with you or us in this case.

Our first few steps are

⭐ Step one: Free discovery call
This call is a really good chance to get chatting, most importantly, decide if we are the right fit for one another.

⭐ Step two: Proposal
After the phone call, we will send you a formal proposal and a quote.
This will take you through a rough proposal of what we will offer and how we envisage the process. It will include some estimated time scales on the length of time it will take us to complete, depending on the scope of the work.

At this stage, we can also have another phone call to answer any specific questions you might have.

⭐ Step three: Contract
If you decide to go ahead with ID&EA, we will send you a contract.
This will confirm any changes to the proposal and detail precise deadlines.
In the contract, we ask you, once you’ve signed it, to send over a 50% down payment as a deposit.
