Getting to play and create is the best part of this work. I hope I always find the same joy in design and creation as I do now. I know we often feel times of “creative” block, but at the end of the day I still find joy in the process of the creative journey.
This logo was designed when one of my closest friends was thinking of starting her own venture. It developed from a night of just doodling around and it fit her brand perfectly. 🖋

Imposter syndrome - feels of inadequacy that persist despite evident success.
Have you felt it? Are you living it? 🙋🏼‍♀️ I am! Having the confidence to believe in myself is a struggle. But over the last few weeks I have come to the realization that the skills and work I have to offer is valuable!
I recently saw a presentation by the amazing Sarah Zandbergen from .ca and one of the slides at this quote by “That impostor moment is totally THE SIGN that you’re getting closer. It’s a trigger to an old place that doesn’t want to be challenged. And by challenging
it, you’re healing it. So keep friggin’ going.” Here I am trying to challenge that feeling! 💪🏼

This is one of the rebranding projects I am most proud of. Creating a new brand is not just about a fancy logo it is about:
✨the core values of the organization
✨the ideal client profile
✨industry research
✨that special sauce that ties it all together
For this particular branding project we honed in on navigation as the main theme. Helping clients navigate their financing needs and helping agents/brokers navigate their journey in business.
Windrose is a synonym for the compass rose 🧭 a perfect compliment to the theme and goals of the organization.
Before you begin rebranding I always recommend brainstorming and figuring out what your core value set is! Also Pinterest and Thesaurus are always great tools! 🌹
