Alright ladies, gather ’round. Storytime meets strategy…

Let’s talk about the #1 mistake I see nurse entrepreneurs make when they’re trying to start or scale their medical staffing agency:

Jumping headfirst into contracts, logos, and launch mode… without locking in the FIRST step.

Before you get fancy with automation, recruiters, or even marketing, you absolutely MUST do this first:

The Essential First Step: Building a real business foundation.

I’m talkin’ about legal structure, NPI, compliance, niche clarity, and business positioning.

Because if this ain’t solid? Everything else will fall flat.

Trying to skip this step? Here’s what you’re actually doing:

1️⃣ Risking major setbacks: Like applying for contracts without proper credentials.
2️⃣ Missing key strategy: You don’t even know what makes you profitable yet.
3️⃣ Wasting time + money: And baby, we don’t do struggle-bus energy over here.

I get it—you want the win yesterday.
But in this game? Speed without structure = burnout and broken systems.

Start smart. Move like a real CEO.

Check my bio for the FREE 7-Figure Nurse to CEO Blueprint so you can stop winging it and start walking in power.

Let’s get your foundation right, sis. You can’t scale what’s shaky

There was a time—in my early coaching days—when I felt like I was navigating a storm in business.

Every decision felt like a risk, every move led to another challenge, and success felt just out of reach.

Sound familiar?

For nurses stepping into business ownership, it can feel the same way.
One minute, you’re excited about launching your medical staffing agency, and the next, you’re drowning in licensing, contracts, and compliance headaches.
The learning curve is steep, and the pressure?

Relentless.

I remember a time when I made a move that felt like a winner—only for it to completely flop.

I had poured time, money, and energy into something I thought was the right step, but instead,

I was left frustrated, doubting if I was even cut out for this. The fear of failure was loud.

But then, something shifted. Instead of seeing the setback as a sign to quit, I reframed it as data.

👉🏽 Your brain is wired for pattern recognition—when you reframe failure as feedback, you remove the emotional weight and train your mind to see setbacks as stepping stones, not stop signs.
So instead of retreating, I did this instead:

1️⃣ I Leaned Into Discomfort Instead of Running From It.

Growth feels uncomfortable because your brain sees new challenges as threats. But discomfort doesn’t mean danger—it means expansion.
The moment I stopped resisting the challenges and started leaning into them, I found solutions I never knew existed.

👉🏽 When you feel stuck, don’t ask, “Why is this happening to me?” Ask, “What is this teaching me?”
Your brain will immediately start looking for answers instead of excuses.

2️⃣ I Stopped Trying to “Figure It Out” Alone.

I used to think success was about working harder. But the real key? Working smarter. Instead of spinning my wheels,
I sought guidance from mentors who had already done what I was trying to do. And let me tell you—it changed everything.

👉🏽 Studies show that people who have coaching and mentorship reach success 3x faster than those who go it alone.
Success isn’t just about action—it’s about taking the right action.

3️⃣ I Started Celebrating Wins (Even the Small Ones).

When you’re building something big, it’s easy to feel like you’re never moving fast enough.

But acknowledging progress fuels more progress. Instead of waiting for the “big win,” I started celebrating every contract signed, every new connection made, every step forward.

👉🏽 Your brain thrives on dopamine—the reward chemical. The more you celebrate small wins, the more momentum you create.

Progress breeds confidence, and confidence leads to bigger moves.

🔥 So if you’re in the thick of it right now, wondering if you should keep going—hear me loud and clear:

The storm doesn’t last forever. And when it passes, the view? It’s worth every challenge.

Spring is in the air, Queens! 🌸 And just like nature is blooming, it’s time for YOU to refresh, reset, and realign your business.

But let’s be real—most people are out here setting “goals” that never get achieved.

Why?

Because you can’t control time. You CAN control ex*****on. Instead of wishful thinking, let’s focus on strategic business objectives that actually move the needle.
3 CEO Moves to Spring Clean Your Business & Secure More Contracts

1️⃣ Eliminate What’s Not Making You Money.
If you’re spending time on tasks that aren’t directly leading to hospital contracts, agency growth, or client retention, it’s time to let them go.

The most successful CEOs don’t work harder—they work smarter. Ask yourself: is this task helping me build a 7-figure staffing agency, or is it just keeping me busy?

👉🏽 Your brain hates wasted effort. By cutting unnecessary tasks, you trigger a dopamine hit that reinforces more productive behaviors.

2️⃣ Optimize Your Systems & Stop Operating in Survival Mode.

If you’re still manually tracking schedules, payroll, and compliance, you’re creating unnecessary stress. The secret to scaling? Automating and delegating. Your agency should work for you—not the other way around.

👉🏽 Reducing decision fatigue frees up mental energy for high-level CEO moves. Every unnecessary task you automate gives you more bandwidth to land contracts and increase revenue.

3️⃣ Upgrade Your Mindset from Nurse to CEO.
Your business will never outgrow your mindset. If you’re still thinking like an employee, you’ll stay in employee mode—overworked, underpaid, and frustrated.

But when you shift into CEO thinking, you make POWER moves. You invest in strategy. You take risks. You align with bigger opportunities, like government contracts that pay millions.

👉🏽 Your subconscious thrives on identity shifts. The more you affirm and act like a CEO, the faster your brain rewires itself for success, wealth, and leadership.

🔥 This season isn’t just about cleaning—it’s about claiming what’s yours.
If you’re ready to step into your next level of business and income,

Get my 7- Figure Nurse to CEO Blueprint and learn how you can execute real business objectives that lead to hospital and federal contracts—without wasted effort, time, or money. Link in bio .

Spring isn’t just for flowers—it’s for power moves. Let’s get to work.

Every morning, I wake up with an
unstoppable fire in my soul, knowing I’m on a mission to help nurses step into their CEO era. 🔥✨

For too long, nurses have been overworked, undervalued, and underpaid—and I refuse to accept that as the norm.

💡 Three Words That Fuel My Mission:

✔ Freedom – Because you didn’t go to nursing school just to clock in and out on someone else’s terms. You deserve options, ownership, and financial security.

✔ Legacy – This isn’t just about making money; it’s about creating something that outlives you. Your medical staffing agency can be the key to breaking generational cycles and building real wealth.

✔ Strategy – Hustle alone won’t get you there. The right blueprint, guidance, and ex*****on will. That’s why Nurse to CEO isn’t just another program—it’s a direct path to your first contract, expansion, and securing 7-figure government deals.

💥 Here’s the truth: If you keep thinking like an employee, you’ll keep getting paid like one.

But when you start thinking like a CEO, you unlock unlimited income, impact, and opportunities.

And that’s why I pour everything into Nurse to CEO Incubator . Because I know what happens when you get in the right room, with the right mentorship, and the right plan:

You stop guessing and start winning.
You stop trading time for money and start owning your schedule.

You stop feeling stuck and start building an empire.

If you’re tired of waiting for permission to level up, I’ve got you.

You’ve probably heard the saying, “Practice makes perfect,” right? Well, here’s the truth: 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀. Perfection? That’s a myth. But progress? That’s real—and it’s what keeps us moving forward.

Here are 𝟯 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 where managing expectations can make a world of difference on your business journey:

📝 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀
When I first started coaching, my frameworks were rough—think scribbles on a napkin. They were messy, incomplete, and always changing. But I didn’t wait for the “perfect” plan. I kept refining, testing, and adjusting. Now? Those frameworks are rock-solid. 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱: Don’t wait for perfect—start where you are, improve, and grow.

📈 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀
Developing client strategies at first felt like trying to solve a 1,000-piece puzzle with no picture. But with every coaching session, things started to fall into place. Each tweak made the path clearer. 𝗣𝗿𝗼 𝘁𝗶𝗽: Clarity comes with time and effort—keep at it, and you’ll get there.

🗣️ 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
Selling your coaching offer can feel awkward—trust me, my first pitches didn’t exactly get rave reviews. But every “no” gave me something valuable to learn from. I adjusted, refined, and eventually, those “no’s” turned into “yes’s.” 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿: Rejections are part of the journey—learn, pivot, and keep pitching.

The secret sauce? 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 + 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Every attempt, every conversation, and every pitch—whether it’s a win or not—gets you closer to where you want to be.

𝗧𝗼 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗜 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂. Whether you’re refining your frameworks, trying new strategies, or picking yourself up from a setback, remember: 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀. Progress is where the magic happens.

I’ve been there! 🙋🏽‍♀️

The difference between being stuck and building momentum isn’t about working harder—it’s about having the *right tool* in your toolkit.

When I started, it felt like navigating a maze blindfolded. But then I found my secret weapon: *Airtable*. And let me tell you—game. changed.

➡️ 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗞𝗘𝗔 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘆 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵? That’s exactly what my business felt like before Airtable.

Here’s why I can’t live without it:

Dismantling the Fantasy of Coaching Success

[ 👈🏽 follow + favorite]

Ever caught yourself daydreaming about the "fantasy" version of success in the coaching industry? You know the one: 100K months, clients knocking down your door, all while you effortlessly coast through your business without breaking a sweat. Sounds amazing, doesn’t it? But let's ground ourselves in reality for a moment.

The world of coaching is filled with wild promises and sky-high expectations, often set by glamorous Instagram posts or exaggerated success stories. These can set us up for disappointment when our journey doesn't mirror that "overnight sensation" narrative.

Here’s my story: I spent years chasing that fantasy of instant coaching success—thinking that just one more strategy, one more tweak would finally lead to perfection. It took time, consistency, and a lot of trial and error to understand that real success in coaching is about deep connections, integrity, and building something sustainable that grows over time.

To manage your expectations in coaching:

Understand that everyone's journey is unique.
Set realistic, short-term goals to stay motivated.
Celebrate small wins; they lead to the big victories.
Stay informed, but be critical of "too good to be true" promises.

If you're navigating the overwhelming world of coaching and feeling unsure or stuck, drop me a DM with the keyword REALDEAL. Let's set you on a path that's both fulfilling and grounded in reality.

Right-fit clients are a good thing

The Client That Is Meant for You...

[ 👈🏽follow + favorite]

The client that is meant for you will respect your expertise and be committed to growth. Not question your worth or drain your energy.

It's an age-old sentiment, yet always relevant, especially when diving deep into the world of business growth.

Flashback to a time in my coaching career when I thought a particular client was the ideal fit. On paper, everything seemed perfect

In reality? It was anything but

I ignored the subtle signs that we weren’t aligned, choosing to focus on the potential revenue rather than whether our values matched. But here's what that experience taught me: Not every client is worth the contract, and it's better to work with those who truly respect your process and value your expertise.

If you're a coach or consultant facing a decision about a potential client, remember to trust your instincts, know your worth, and never compromise your standards. The right clients will naturally align with your mission and energy.

Navigating the client acquisition process can be challenging. If you’re seeking guidance or simply need a sounding board, DM me the keyword TRUECLIENT. Let's ensure you’re working with clients that truly align with your business vision.
