Volkswagen ID. Buzz 2025: The Iconic Electric Van

Volkswagen has officially introduced the highly anticipated ID. Buzz to the U.S., following years of teasers and concept reveals. Available in Europe for over a year, the longer wheelbase ID. Buzz will arrive in American showrooms next month, starting at $61,545 for the rear-wheel-drive model and $69,545 for all-wheel-drive. The ID. Buzz offers 282 horsepower in RWD form or 335 horsepower in AWD, with ranges of 234 miles and 231 miles, respectively.

The base Pro S model comes packed with features, including three rows for seven passengers, dual power-sliding doors, synthetic leather seats, heated front and rear seats, 20-inch wheels, and three-zone climate control. The Pro S Plus ($64,995) adds a premium Harman Kardon audio system and head-up display, while the top 1st Edition ($66,995) boasts a panoramic roof and “flexboard” for a flat cargo floor.

Although other three-row EVs like the Kia EV9 offer more range (up to 304 miles) at a lower price point, the ID. Buzz’s retro design and VW’s unique style bring an unmatched charm to this EV. While its shorter range and price might deter some, the ID. Buzz stands out with a blend of nostalgia, innovative design, and character that draws smiles everywhere it goes.

Ducati Unveils All-New Lightweight Panigale V2 and Streetfighter V2 at EICMA

Ducati has lifted the curtain on two new additions to its lineup – the Panigale V2 and Streetfighter V2 – at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan. These bikes mark a new chapter in Ducati’s twin-cylinder lineup, emerging as the lightest Panigale and Streetfighter models to date. Both bikes are designed to perform at the highest level on the track while maintaining dynamic versatility for everyday road riding.

Powering the Panigale V2 and Streetfighter V2 is Ducati's newly developed V2 engine, which includes innovative variable valve timing (VVT) technology. This design ensures a broad and consistent torque curve, enhancing power across both low and high revs. This engine architecture sets a new standard in compactness and weight, particularly for twin-cylinder motorcycles, reinforcing Ducati's performance legacy while allowing for a smooth, responsive ride.

The Panigale V2 offers a unique addition to Ducati’s sportbike range with an evolved design that draws inspiration from legendary predecessors like the 748, 848, and 959. While maintaining a race-oriented essence, the Panigale V2 prioritizes ease of handling and everyday versatility. Built on a newly engineered frame and chassis, it merges Ducati’s renowned sporty characteristics with an accessible and inviting riding experience for both seasoned riders and newcomers.

These latest models are anticipated to hit markets soon, further solidifying Ducati’s presence in the high-performance, lightweight sportbike segment.
