HOW TO BECOME PART OF GPI
Fill up the online application.
Sign in by purchasing any product from GLOBAL PRIDE Product List.
Customer will receive his password and Login information through his Email after signing in.
Customers must enter proper details about his/her self.
HOW TO ORDER PRODUCT
All products should be directly ordered from GLOBAL PRIDE Introducer’s Log in.
GPI system identifies the respective Customer according to the GLOBAL PRIDE Account name.
Customers are responsible for their decision on purchase with GPI.
Order will be executed on receipt of full payment.
GPI is not responsible for any mistakes which are made by customers.
HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT TO GPI
Payment can be made through Cash, Bank, Credit Card, PayPal,
Cash payment in full can be made at office, bank or to an authorized country agent.
OR book product by making initial payment of GPI POINTS 60.00 and balance would be adjusted from Commission Income.
Any cash payment to GPI is the responsibility of country agent (If applicable) and not the individual customer.
GLOBAL PRIDE will assign Country Agent in those cities where GLOBAL PRIDE does not have office or officially support centre.
COUNTRY AGENT
The designation of Country Agent is an honorary designation, as he is not an employee of GPI.
Any complaints about not providing of the product or not providing e-money or any other complain/claim which damage the image of GPI to be emailed directly GPI.
Company is not responsible for any promises/commitments made by the Country Agents other then rules and regulation of the GPI
The responsibilities of the Country Agents are to provide e-money and arrange products.
Kindly do not force or persuade Country Agent to get other work then specified above, done or to interfere in company matters.
GPI provide equal opportunity to all and anybody can become Country Agent for a calendar year after fulfilling criteria.
GPI reserves the right to terminate the position of country agent if found in any activity detrimental to the interest of GPI, on its sole discretion.
FOR THE PLACES WHERE GPI OFFICE OR GPI SUPPORT CENTERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE:
Any Cash Payment to GPI is the responsibility of the country agent only. (If applicable)
GPI accepts payment from Authorized Country Agents remitted via Telegraphic Transfer (T.T.) to the designated GPI accounts as described in agent’s agreement.
If the Agent fails to include the mentioned bank charges, GPI reserves the right to deduct from the commission earned or withhold such order until the mentioned bank charges are remitted to GPI. In case of GLOBAL PRIDE Account payment method, If customer fails to enter exact amount or sends it without mentioning proper subject details, etc, payment will be kept on hold till proper amount is received.
Agent is responsible to ensure that the Telegraphic Transfer (T.T.) or GLOBAL PRIDE Account Transfer reaches GPI's account in good order, and GPI is not responsible for any Telegraphic Transfer (T.T.) or GLOBAL PRIDE Account Transfer not received or misplaced during transition.
HOW TO CONFIRM PURCHASE ORDER:
Upon confirmation of cash payment received by GPI, the respective GLOBAL PRIDE Account Country Agent (Sender) would be credited and order would be confirmed by the Agents using their cash statement or GLOBAL PRIDE .
Customer will receive confirmation through his Email after order confirmed. HOW TO GET DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Delivery of Product is made immediately by respective country agent subject to availability of stock after receiving proceeds. If the ordered product is out of stock, then either choose another available product or wait for the arrival of the product in the stock
During the waiting period for the product ordered, he can still continue to get benefit from the Income program.
GPI and their Agents are using a reliable courier services for the product delivery.
The product must be received by the Customer only. In most countries, there are no tariff charges but in some other countries where tariff or duties are being charged, the Customer must bear such charges and make payment to the courier carrier or give instruction to pay such charges directly to the relevant authority.
The aforesaid charges must be paid to GPI by bank draft prior to confirmation of order. Alternatively, the Customer could instruct GPI to deduct such charges from the Customer’s Account, if available. However, GPI would confirm such a purchase but product would only be delivered after GPI deducts (If applicable) the said charges as per Customer's instruction.
The Customer could either pay the balance to GPI or instruct GPI to deduct the said balance from Customer’s account for their desired product for the delivery of product redeemed through the GLOBAL PRIDE Income Program. Such redemption would be officially considered as a confirmed order with full payment after the balance payment has been deducted from Customer’s account in accordance to the Customer's instruction.
HOW TO RECEIVE COMMISSION
GLOBAL PRIDE Income Program’s commission payment will be made on daily basis.
All commission’s would be transfer in GLOBAL PRIDE customers accounts but maximum payout for GLOBAL PRIDE Step Commission is one cycle (10 steps) per day (On any single day if your GLOBAL PRIDE Steps are more than 10 then Flushing-out rule applies).
Fill out GPI Point Redemption form along with copies of GPI membership card & CNIC/Passport/Driving Licence.
Commission will be encash in 7 working days after filling the commission reimburse form and submit in GPI office.
Customers can request for Company’s Cheque, the admin fee of minimum 2 GPI POINTS for per cheque or 5% of amount requested (Whichever is higher) will be deducted from the respective Customer Earned Commission.
Additional 5 GPI POINTS would be charged if customer request for online cash deposit.
FOR OUTSIDE PAKISTAN
Commission will be encash by GPI’s Country Agent, (in case of newly start country or no any official office of GLOBAL PRIDE in that country or city).
Commission can be enchased by individual customer or his/her authorized nominee, from any GLOBAL PRIDE office or Authorized country Agent(if applicable)
Your commission is automatically credited to your Earned GLOBAL PRIDE Account (Statement), however Customers can request for a Telegraphic Transfer (T.T.) or Company's Cheque, the admin fee of minimum GPI POINTS 90.00 for per T.T. or cheque or 15% of amount requested (Whichever is higher) will be deducted from the respective Customer Earned Commission.
Due to a wrong bank or residence address If any T.T. or cheque is returned to GPI, A fee of GPI POINTS 90 for T.T. and GPI POINTS 90 for cheque sent through courier service will be charged for second delivery.
Minimum amount to request for a T.T or Cheque is GPI POINTS 1000 and Maximum amount allowed per transaction is GPI POINTS 3000.
1/1 GLOBAL PRIDE PLAN – STEP COMMISSION
Every 2 new Sales Transactions introduced and placed one (1) GLOBAL PRIDE customers on the left and one (1) GLOBAL PRIDE customers on the right of the Active GLOBAL PRIDE Account shall qualify for one GLOBAL PRIDE Step Commission of GPI POINTS 12.
The maximum payout for GLOBAL PRIDE Step Commission is one cycle (10 steps) per day.
Maximum GLOBAL PRIDE Step Commission can earn in a day is GPI POINTS 120 (10L/10R). Commissions in excess of 10 Left and 10 Right shall be considered paid and flushed out.
1/1 GLOBAL PRIDE PLAN – GLOBAL BONUS
Every month 1 GPI POINT from every single sale of GPI regular products from all over the world will be added to GPI Global pool.
This amount would be distributed among the Managers, Diamond Managers, Directors, Diamond Directors, Executive Directors, Presidential Directors and the Franchisee.
To receive the Global Bonus, qualification form must be submitted till 5th of every month in any GPI office or outlet.
1/1 GLOBAL PRIDE PLAN – REWARDS
Every rewards winner will submit reward form of particular reward at any GPI office or outlet.
Copy of GPI card must attach with the form.
1/1 GLOBAL PRIDE PLAN – CHARITY
1 GPI POINT from every company sale will be added to the Charity fund.
1 GPI POINT (COMPULSORY) would be deducted from the every cheque issued to manager and/or above designations
Other GPI/LSB members can voluntarily contribute to this Charity fund.
GPI SHARIAH BOARD which would be comprised of religious scholars to decide the disbursement of this fund.
INCOME STATEMENT
Customers can download their commission/income/account/transaction statement from their own login.
GPI Customers are the responsible to read, understand and check their respective Commission Statements and if find any mistake then must notify GPI Administer for correct the error or omission within five (5) days from the date thereof, after which the Company will not be responsible for any discrepancy and shall not entertain whatsoever claim that may arise.
FLUSH OUT
More than one cycle ( 10 customer’s join on right side and 10 customer’s join left side ) in one single date is calculate for commission, more than one cycle’s commission wouldn’t be paid to customer’s, this is the same rule which is applying all over the world in all binary plans. This is used as a tool to hedge the company from over-payment. It works to benefit the company and customers more than anything else.
HOW TO TRANSFER FUND
Please ensure that you know the Person you are getting funds from, through Transfer Fund option.
Please also note that GPI has the right to suspend all the accounts that are involved in the illegal transfer transactions.
As a Customer of GPI, you are responsible for any funds transferred in and out of your account The Company will not accept excuses such as unable to locate the Customer who sold you the funds.
Customer is responsible to inform GPI if he/she find any transaction in his/her account without their knowledge.

LIFE STYLE BASKET
Life style basket is an online product shopping outlet where the regular product of GPI will be available at special discounted prices and other products of daily use will also be available at discount and market prices.
LSB is for everyone even if you are not the member of GPI you can get LSB card in just 6 GPI POINTS and enjoy the benefits of Life Style Basket.
GPI offers to all customers up to 40% retail profit on direct sale from Life Style Basket
LSB fund is created for customers to avail additional opportunity of retail income
This comprises of 1 GPI POINT from commission earned by the customers from sale of GPI products will be transferred and credit to customer LSB fund
After accumulation of this fund the customer can utilize this amount in online shopping of GPI regular products at special discounted price upto 40% and 0.00% to 10% on other products
By getting the product at this discounted price the customer now can sell at the price at his discretion and keep whole profit to him/herself.
LSB Card holder can earn 1 GPI POINT on every customer directly referred by him.
LSB Card holder will also get the GPI POINTS by the purchases made by his referred customers.
All earned GPI POINTS can be encash from any GPI office/outlet.
Thus LSB fund provides an opportunity to further grow income of the customers
HOW TO BECOME PART OF LSB
Fill up the application and pay the fee equal to 6 GPI POINTS in the bank.
Attach the bank receipt along with application form and submit to any GPI outlet.
Customer will receive his password and Login information through his Email after signing in.
Within two weeks customer can collect his LSB membership card from the GPI outlet.
Customers must enter proper details about his/her self.
TRANSFER OF GLOBAL PRIDE CENTRE
In case of death of customer the rights of his/her business would be transferred to his/her assigned nominee as per GPI’s record without any fee.
In case of sale/transfer of GLOBAL PRIDE Centre Rights , a fee of GPI POINTS 250 would be charged.
In case of change the Id name of GPI Centre a fee of 15 GPI POINTS would be charged
In case of Alteration/change the e-mail address the fee of 15 GPI POINTS would be charged
GUIDE LINE FOR CUSTOMER
Referral program is complimentary award to all customers.
Customers can refer other customers after using the GPI’s product.
The commission would be paid to customers according to the income plan.
GPI Customer is not an employee, agent, representative, or franchisee of GPI.
All designations such as Country Agents, Supervisor, Manager, Diamond Manager, Director, Diamond Director, Executive Director, and Presidential Director.
GPI customers agree not to incur any obligation, debt, and expense on behalf of, or in the name of GPI and its websites. He/she is only authorized to purchase products from GPI with the Terms & Conditions stipulated herein
Customer of GPI.must be at the legal age in their respective state or country.
GPI reserves the right to accept and/or reject Customer referred without providing any reasons or explanations on such rejection.
GPI will not entertain any appeal on rejected cases.
Payment of all taxes and/or tariffs applicable or product delivery charges (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the Customers in their respective countries.
GPI have no annual customer/ member fee and Customer administration fee at present. These fees, however, may be added in the future at GPI's sole discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CUSTOMER
GPI expects its customers to market and promote products and the GLOBAL PRIDE Income Program ethically, professionally, honestly and fully to all GPI's potential customers.
GPI is against Customers who sell or promote to other Customers with similar or competitive products or services or recruit or enroll other Customers in any other network-marketing programs or company.
Customer understands that although customer may refer other customers into the GPI’s GLOBAL PRIDE Income Program, the Program does not allow Customer to profit solely from the activity of referring other Member/Customer. Commissions are paid only for entering GLOBAL PRIDE Income Program. No one has made any promise or guarantee that Member/Customer will derive any specific income or profit as a Member/Customer. Customer understands that any income Customer earns in GPI. is determined by Customer's personal activity as an independent member and company's universal GLOBAL PRIDE Step commission plan. Customer understands that product sales commissions shall be paid only to the qualified Customers and to
his or her Down line and Up line. Customer shall not make any income representations except those set forth herein or otherwise specifically set forth in official http://www.globalprideint.com Web site. Customer also understands that the incomes as displayed on site, are only an indicative of your potential earnings and are no guarantees.
GPI prohibits demonstration of unrealistic income figures and false statements to create temptation to recruit new customers.
There are no limitations on territories or franchises to the GLOBAL PRIDE Income Program and no restriction as to the location of GPI Customers who can refer as many new customers, but all Customers are personally responsible for their own decision and must satisfy all laws and regulations applicable in their respective countries.
To safe guard from possible hacking or fraud, new customers are guided to ask for their password from the Referrer and then change their password immediately and keep it confidential.
GPI is not liable for any outages or disablement of services under the terms and conditions.
GPI customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless.
CUSTOMER CONDITION
Customers are responsible for any and all information/s that customer send to GPI.
Customers may use the Site or other Offerings or any information that they get from the Site to promote his business and for increase their down line
Customers are not allow to Interfere or alter any GPI Customer’s Down liners , Up liners , Sideliner or Misuse of GPI’s Site or other Offerings are prohibited;
Customer would be terminated from income plan if he conducts any unlawful activity.
Without our prior written authorization , Alteration or removal of any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices, “frame”, “mirror” or “deep Link” any part of the Site, is strictly prohibited.

ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION
Customers are allowed to use official advertisement for promotion of GPI's product, use any literature written/recorded or any other promotional materials subject to the implication of GLOBAL PRIDE in any manner.
If Customer has produced any new advertising material, He may request in writing to GPI for approval to be granted for any advertising or promotional exercise for which copies of the materials must have been submitted to GPI for written approval prior to the said exercise via authorized Agent/Dealer.
GPI is not responsible for any such self created material/ literature regarding the product and company and only the customer is responsible for it.
TERMINATION OF CUSTOMER
GPI reserves the right to terminate a Customer who is found in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any statutory law in the respective country and/or regulations that pertain to the business of GPI and such termination may result in GPI exercising its right to pursue reasonable legal recourse.
If Customer involve in activity which would be the against of the company interest or would damage company image in any manner he/she would be terminated from the company.
After the termination customer has no rights to take any type of benefits from his/her existing down line.
” Bunching “ is strictly prohibited and would be termed against the company interest.
Any customer account could be terminated without prior notice GPI reserves the rights for that, When GPI notices of an alleged violation of its Terms of Use, then GPI will start investigation into that alleged violation. GPI decision would be final and not challengeable.
If any customer involve in violation is a criminal offence, GPI will notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
CUSTOMER DETAILS, DATABASE
GPI has user friendly software which is easy to operate, costumer can change his/her password and can update his/her details without any hassle.

MATERIALS PROVIDED TO GLOBAL PRIDE OR POSTED AT ANY GLOBAL PRIDE WEB SITE
GLOBAL PRIDE does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to GLOBAL PRIDE (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any GLOBAL PRIDE Web Site or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting GLOBAL PRIDE, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicenses permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.
