Hello Travelers!
Here is another destination you can visit on your own without a tour. One of my favourite spots is the Cacti valley as is known. Is Located between the geysers and San Pedro in the Guatin village.
Here there is an easy trekking but not recommended for people with reduce mobility as sometimes you gonna have to climb. As well you can go and refresh in the river and then continue.
One way get here is on the way back to the Geysers, from San Pedro, you can call a taxi and also, if you bring bikes, put them in the trunk of the taxi and return bicycling downhill ( be really careful with this), there is no fee so far, you can use the restrooms for $500 clp and in the area you can buy goat cheese empanadas for $2000.
If you need any more info just contact me.
Have a good time!

Hello Travelers in San Pedro!
This is one of the places you can visit on your own.
Takes about 40 min to get there, better go by bycicle
Fee is now $5.000 CLP. When you enter into garganta del diablo area
go to the viewpoint and enjoy the landscape.
if you want to make it by sunset the rangers won´t let you in, is
only open till 5-6pm
As well, I recommend to get here in the morning, the heat arround
2-3 pm could be dangerous.
Good luck en enjoy San Pedro!

Where to get good coffee in San Pedro?????
For some Of us..there is light at the end of the tunnel!
These are some of the places I visit before going to work when, meeting travelers or...when the lack of caffeine calls for a headache.
Prices go from CLP 1.800 for espresso, expresso, cafecito, etc..(don´t give a ... too much how you call it) to 5.000 for your fancy whipped, late, double, sparkling, shine...drink.
As well There are other alternatives for hot or cold infusions. Rica Rica or chachacoma is something you can try as a hot drink or a chicky drink if you prefer.
there are vegan and vegetarian options on pastries and drinks, card and cash payment accepted, good tunes, and internet abuse availabe and good tunes.
So come over to some of these places, we could meet and I can give you more tips on what to do, where or Where NOT to go in San Pedro.
So...Enjoy!
Text me if you need any more info about this awesome place in the middle of nowhere!
