We would be lying if we said we weren’t eagerly awaiting the end of 2020 and looking forward to a better year to come. With the outbreak of COVID-19, a lot of things this year have been out of our control. That being said, we want to take this opportunity to focus on the things that we do have control over. The approach of a new year marks a time for self reflection and improvement.

I've been debating about whether to write one of these posts about marketing in the times of Covid. None of my ideas seem good enough, or big enough in the face of a pandemic that has ruined so many small businesses. Even more than that, because of the toll it's taken on our psychological well-being and our loved ones' lives. This isn't enough, but it's also not enough to just ignore the impact it has.
