Rewind to last summer, when I sat down with to talk about his journey from working full-time in restaurants in Toronto, to becoming a full-time content creator and recipe developer.

At the time of this interview, he was just a year in and had already grown his audience to over 250K. Fast forward to today - and he’s nearing a million followers, his viral recipes are reaching people worldwide, and he’s partnering with major brand names including Tabasco, Hellmann’s, and Knorr.
