The 18 chapter book covers case studies from both the private and public sectors.
“Failure to identify potential risk scenarios and the lack of proper control systems can lead to emergency situations, which do not only have an impact on your reputation, but it can also result in real financial losses and some instances, impact the lives of citizens,” says Ciro.
