My presentation today was about learning to hear God's voice and learning to accept His will. This is what my process has been all about. Learning how to praise God in the hallway while I wait for Him to open doors. I'm also learning that Just because a door opens doesn't mean we are supposed to walk through.

Connect with your clients!

You need to know who your clients are: what do they NEED most?

What product or service can you offer to truly fill that need?

What type of marketing do they respond better to?

Don't just talk AT them, LISTEN!

Holding surveys, live Q&As, special events like a listen-in party can help you get closer to your clients and learn more about them.

Your customers fuel your business, they need to feel like they are a part of your business, like they matter.

Follow up on their concerns and suggestions as soon as possible with measurable action. Share the findings of the surveys and how you plan to implement changes.

Reward their feedback and loyalty by implementing customer loyalty cards or programs. Measure their interaction so you know what rewards or incentives they connect to most.

First snowfall today😍 My favorite time of the year!

There are exactly 30 days left in the year. That is 30 new opportunities. Finish strong!💪🏽

I'm grateful for the opportunity to take a break from everything. Now I feel refreshed and ready to tackle new ideas. A lot of changes are taking place both personally and as an entrepreneur. My focus has shifted and I can't wait to share this with you all.

Many people give up at this point:

A) I had an amazing year, I can relax now.

B) This just isn't my year. I'll try again next year.

Don't let this be you! October is a month of intense vibes, it's the time farmers use to reap what they sew. Even if you didn't have a great 2019, it's not too late to start 2020 with a clear intention and renewed habits.

"The best way to predict your future is to create it." - Abraham Lincoln

Create what you wish to exist. The steps are quite simple:

ACQUIRE: Before you can acquire what you need, you need to know exactly what those needs are. You won't reach your ideal audience if you don't target them. To acquire, you need a strategy. You can find your ideal clients by being present where they are, using the correct communication channels, providing the value, services and products they seek, and engaging with them genuinely. Which brings us to the next step...

RETAIN: How do you retain your clients or audience? ENGAGE. Pay attention. Utilize analytic reports and insights to learn what your clients connect to the most. ASK, LISTEN, DELIVER. When you do this, your clients feel valued, it builds trust and an instant connection. They will recognize your brand for how you made them feel. Show up; often lest you're out of sight, out of mind.

GROW: Growth is the name of the game. You grow your audience by being present, adding value to their lives or business, and demonstrating your knowledge. Don't be afraid of gifting free information. It builds trust. That trust creates brand ambassadors that will attract more clients. People are natural sellers of things they believe in. Alike, they will quickly denounce their dislikes. Make sure you're not included in their little black book of bad business.

Growing your audience is much like planting a rose. You must acquire the seed and plant it. To keep it alive you must feed it, water it if not daily than often. Ultimately, that rose will grow and bloom into something beautiful.🌹

🛑When there are a million things on your to-do list, it's easy to fall for the multi-tasking game.

🛑You think you're being productive EXCEPT you're busy running in place and nothing is getting done.

🛑It's dangerous to become a jack of all trades yet a master of none.

How to become PRESENT:

-automation: you want to automate as much as possible. Use scheduling tools for posts, utilize scheduling apps that sync with your calendars so your clients can schedule/reschedule their own appointments. We use () within the teams as well. Try chatbots, automated email newsletters and campaigns, etc. The more you automate, the more time you have on your hands.

-delegate: yes I'm mentioning this again. How are you going to tell your clients they need to delegate their work to you when you don't even delegate your self? 🤔 This way, you can focus on the heavy hitters and more complex projects. Also, you're creating jobs! Look at you!🎉

-meditate: clear your mind, take some deep breaths, then look at your tasks from a fresh perspective. This can help calm your stress and anxiety and help you prioritize the work- correctly. (Yes, we know it's all uber important and every move is crucial in this game of chess.) Quit thinking about tomorrow, or next week. Focus on here & now.

-simplicity: sometimes less really is more.✨

The main topic of conversation lately has been around overcoming creative blocks.

NO, you do not lack talent! (I became a coach over the weekend😅) What you need is inspiration and to organize all your wonderful ideas:

Moodboards: moodboards are a great start. Moodboards, similar to vision boards ( ) can help you visualize what you wish to create. You can create moodboards very easily using free resources like ( ) or whichever platform you prefer. I have a list!😜 Add your brand colors, relative stock images, hashtags, quotes anything related to your overall message. You can create boards for the year, quarter, month. It's a guideline whenever you feel stuck or are beginning a new campaign.

Content calendars: with nifty apps like or you can schedule your posts in advance, creating a calendar for yourself or your clients. Try the free version for yourself, upgrade to manage multiple accounts and grant access to members of your team.

Finding inspiration: 🏄 SURF THE HASHTAGS of your niche or industry. In a saturated market original content is harder to come by. What you will find is a sea of remixes of valuable information. Add your own flair, tips & trix (they're not just for kids).

The main point is this, we all experience it. Mental blocks don't make you any less creative. Sometimes you truly just need to take a break away from the work to reset it. Avoid burnout!
