We started a case study for a local home inspection business that is looking to ramp up its commercial building inspections.
1️⃣ - The very first thing I do when preparing to market and rank a page is to get a Baseline for where they are before we do anything to the site. ❓ Questions we ask are: where are they ranking, how many visitors they are getting to that page, how many people are converting (basically taking an action on their site), and what sort of sales are they getting?
2️⃣ - Next, if they have a page they want to rank we look at its CTA (Call to Action) buttons, the UX (user experience), and what sort of on-page optimization has been done on the site.
3️⃣ - We then re-design, or design from scratch, a page that is not only going to rank on the 1st page of Google but when it does rank and the traffic starts pouring in, those visitors will convert into leads, sales, email addresses, phone calls, or whatever CTA we have decided to use.
4️⃣ - After a month or two (yes it does take time because...well, it's Google and we have to have patience) we will compare the numbers of where we started and where we are now.
So far for this client, we have done steps 1, 2, & part of step 3. The page has been re-designed and now we will put into motion our on-page SEO processes of ranking it.
