Sander is heading off to school! 👋 ✏️

What initially began as a summer internship evolved into a year-long part-time role with us. Throughout this time, we've witnessed his personal and professional growth as he gained real-world experience working on over 50 projects.

He is creative, smart, and a self-starter. We're really gonna miss having this guy around but are so happy and excited to see what he will accomplish at GVSU. ⚓

It's a bittersweet day today as the team says goodbye to Matt Niedzielski.

Matt has worked with the LE crew for the past 8.5 years primarily as the sole developer, and during that time he has built or provided some level of support for more than 40 client websites. He’s also always been happy to pitch in wherever needed, helping team members troubleshoot tech issues, some furniture assembly, and providing the best car advice whenever asked.

We're really gonna miss this guy, but can't wait to see what he will accomplish on his next adventure!

Today marks the final day of our Digital Project Manager, Lindsay, with LED as she embarks on her next venture.👋 Throughout the past year, Lindsay has played a vital role in our web development projects and has been crucial in implementing new strategies and processes that have enhanced our workflow.

Lindsay has consistently demonstrated her willingness to assist other team members, acquire new skills, and go above and beyond for our clients. Her determination and kindness will be sorely missed by our team. We wish you the best of luck, Lindsay!

Today, our team is saying goodbye to our Creative Consultant Nate. If you've worked with our team in one way or another you've come across this awesome guy and understand his ambition, creative energy, and compassion.

Nate has been instrumental in the progression of our brand strategy, our services, and the deep-rooted connection we have within our community. Nate and his adorable pup Ducky have been featured in over 20 of our videos and have always been passionate about turning Traverse City into a leader in the creative industry.
