As part of our inorganic growth strategy for the year 2014, there is fantastic opportunity in the fields of sales for our business vertical of Natural Stones in which we are looking to recruit Relationship Associates who can act as an effective ambassador for the ‘Rockosters’ brand and can translate a passion for performance and optimal customer service into exemplary sales results.
In our Natural Stones business we provide various materials like – Limestone, Granite, Sandstone and Slate – Slabs and tiles which are used as building material in the construction line.
Job Title: Relationship Associate
Job Description:
Primary responsibilities of the Relationship Associate include, but are not limited to:
1. Determine customer needs and recommend the best solution.
2. Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after-sales service.
3. Ensure customer concerns are resolved with a sense of urgency and sound judgment.
4. Demonstrate a constant and up-to-date expertise of our products, services, promotions and policies.
5. Develop supportive sales action plans for the territory.
6. Actively provide forecasting and market information to Reporting Line Manager.
7. Identify and satisfy customer needs of distribution channel.
8. Prioritize commercial opportunities, based on market data.
9. Communicate market development opportunities to Reporting Line Manager.
10. Lead market development opportunities locally in the territory.
11. Manage the resources available for the territory to efficiently & effectively achieve sales plans.
12. Manage product introductions in compliance with marketing strategies and objectives in the territory
13. Manage implementation of customer strategies.
14. Ensure that the payments are received from the customers as per the agreed pay terms
15. Champion for stewardship of organization's products and compliance with Responsible Care
16. Demonstrate proficiency in computer system applications and support use in the territory

As part of our Inorganic Growth Strategy, we are recruiting people to primary serve their respective local markets in the capacity of Relationship Associates.
Eligibility:
1. Education: Diploma / Degree an Asset.
2. Experience: Sales experience an advantage.
3. Language Proficiency: Conversational skills in English /Hindi & Local language.
4. Age: Minimum – 18 Years
5. Computer Skills – Fluent with Computers and Internet.
6. A valid Bank account.
7. Security Bond.
8. Acceptable References.
Reward:
The rewards include fantastic commission on sales and an annual Performance Bonus. An excellent performer could earn as little as Rs.6 Lakh per annum or even more.
