𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 - I love updates! I have an investor that I’ve been working with for about 6 months. She gets 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 + 𝗔𝗜 + 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝘂𝗽 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺. 🤖

Six months ago, she came to me and was tired of spending all day posting on Facebook to find sellers. Yes, she had some success doing it, but she wanted to get leads coming to her. She told me she wanted her time back from posting and commenting on Facebook, so she could do more of what she loves - investing in real estate and helping sellers!!

In the last 𝟮 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀, 𝘀𝗵𝗲’𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝟱 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟳 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. Yes, more booked calls than appointments, because the older leads are ready to sell now. AI qualified the leads and booked them directly on her calendar. ✅

Now, she just evaluates deals, makes offers, and talks to sellers. Oh, and she 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀! I almost forgot the part about closing deals! 😂

🥰 🤖 I wasn't expecting this review yesterday from one of my long-time clients. We do lead gen + added AI to qualify the leads, then book the qualified leads automatically with AI onto his calendar, and send confirmations/follow-ups. Shout out to a fantastic team for all the amazing support!

💯 I always tell my students to acknowledge their ‘wins’ no matter how small or big. I’ve had a great week!

-Leaving tomorrow to go to Dallas to a software conference to accept an award on stage and connect with amazingly talented people!

-💪 My team onboarded multiple new REI clients this week.
- ✅ I helped a roofing company and a staffing company level up their automations with system and a mortgage company last week.
-🤑One of my clients told me this week that his wife no longer has to work and said I played a part in making that happen. 😊💕

I’m so blessed to work with amazingly talented people!
