👉 Earn $4 in sales for every $1 spent on advertising?
Yes, it’s possible in e-commerce. 🚀

One of the biggest challenges for e-commerce
brands are maintaining a healthy ROAS.

Many brands run ads, yet profits remain out of reach.

If you want to target 3x–4x ROAS,
Here are 3 easy checkpoints to follow in my experience:

1. High-converting creative (visuals matter)

Instead of just showing product images, show UGC or actual product usage.
And remember, the first 3 seconds of your video should be attention-grabbing.

2. Smart retargeting

Those who added to the cart but didn’t purchase are your warmest viewers.
A small incentive, like a limited-time offer or discount, can significantly increase conversions.

3. Catalog and Dynamic Ads

Meta Catalog Ads automatically show people products they’ve viewed or liked.
This often reduces advertising costs and improves ROAS.

👉Don’t just focus on sales, focus on AOV.
Bundles, upsells, and cross-sells can increase revenue from the same customer.

What is your current ROAS for your e-commerce brand? 👇

Getting leads in real estate is easy.

Getting high-quality leads is the real challenge.

Many campaigns generate many inquiries, but very few serious buyers.

Here’s what actually improves lead quality 👇

1. Clear Offer

Instead of Apartments Available, say:

Ready-to-Move 3BHK Apartments Under $X Budget.

Clarity attracts the right buyers.

2. Intent-Based Targeting

Focus on people who are actively searching, not just browsing property content.

3. Strong Landing Page

Show verified listings, price range, location details, and a simple inquiry form.

Because in real estate marketing,

More leads don’t mean better results.

👉 Fewer leads. Better buyers.

What do you focus on more in real estate campaigns?

Lead quantity or lead quality? 👇

Alhamdulillah, after finishing my testing work,

I’m officially back to client work ✅

During the break, I put projects on hold, but not responsibilities.

Now, as I’m starting fresh, I want to do something simple and valuable.

So, I’m offering:

🎯 1 Free Ad Account Audit

(No Pitches. No Pressure.)

If you’re running ads and feel:

• Budget is being spent, but clarity is lacking

• Performance is stuck

• You’re not sure what to fix first

I’ll review your account and share:

✔ Where money is leaking

✔ What’s limiting growth

✔ A clear step to improve performance

This is how I'm resuming work, putting value first.

If you want an audit, comment “AUDIT” or DM me.

I’ll only take one account.

I audited a real estate lead generation ad account for 4 hours.

After a thorough audit, I found a problem that was silently costing them $200/day 👀

They were running ads for "Ready-to-move apartments".
But they were sending traffic to a generic real estate landing page.

Same page:

• First-time buyers

• Investors

• Those just browsing

No message matching.
Buyer intent unclear.
No trust.

The ads were fine.
The budget was good.
But the post-click experience killed the conversion.

What I suggested-

✔️ Optimize a dedicated landing page with a clear promise
✔️ Verified ready-to-move apartments under budget

Because in real estate, relevance is more than reach.

If your page doesn't speak to one type of buyer,
It doesn't speak to anyone.

If you're running ads but not seeing conversions,
DM me and I'll send you a free audit report.

1,973 impressions, but here’s the real lesson 👇

Impressions don’t pay the bills.
Decisions do.

That number only tells me one thing:
The message stopped people from scrolling.

But what actually matters is what happens next:
• Did the right people see it?
• Did it build trust?
• Did it start conversations?

In marketing and business, visibility is step one.
Clarity and intent are what turn attention into revenue.

Don’t chase reach.
Design your message so the right audience feels understood.

Quality beats vanity. Always.

What metric do you value more: reach or conversations? 👇

Getting clicks on your real estate ads, but no serious buyers? Read this.👇

My (client) real estate agent told me,
Ads are getting clicks, but no serious leads.

So instead of touching the ad account, I asked a question:👇

👉 What does your landing page headline say?

It went something like this:👇

❎ Welcome to our real estate services.
Sounds professional, but it says nothing to the buyer.

We imagined the person behind the screen.
A buyer is scrolling through listings at 11:30 PM.

Tired of browsing listings.
Worried about price, location, and hidden issues.

When the headline speaks for the buyer: 👇

✔️ Find verified homes within your budget, don’t waste your weekend on useless showings.

👉 Same ad.
👉 Same budget.
👉 Completely different response.

Why?

Because in real estate, people don’t click for properties.
They click for relief.

They want relief from: 👇

• Overpriced listings
• Enthusiastic agents
• Constant site visits

✔️ Ads attract attention.
✔️ Headlines build trust.
✔️ Bring credible leads.

Before changing your goals or increasing your spend, check this first:

👉 Does your landing page headline speak to a real buyer’s fear or desire?

If you were running a real estate ad, what would you optimize first, the ad or the landing page? 👇

How I Test New Audiences (Without Blowing Budget) 🎯

Whenever I start a new campaign, I don’t guess.

I follow a simple testing process to let the data make the decisions.

Step 1: I start with broad

Yes, no interests, no restrictions.

Why?

Platforms like Meta already know user behavior better than we do. Broad gives the algorithm room to find buyers, not just clickers.

Step 2: Then I test lookalikes

Based on:

• Buyers

• Leads

• High-intent website visitors

This helps me scale what’s already working.

Step 3: I use interests (carefully)

Mostly:

• New ad accounts

• Very niche products

• Cold tests with strong hooks

Interests guide the algorithm, but I never over-stack them.

Audience testing isn’t about who you think will buy.

It’s about who will actually buy.

Start broad. Validate with data. Scale with confidence.

How do you typically test new audiences, broad or interest first? 👇

Why ignoring CAPI is quietly costing you revenue.

CAPI (Conversions API) sounds boring.

Most people skip it because it feels too technical.

But here’s the truth:

👉 If CAPI isn’t set up properly, you’re running ads half blind.

When Facebook can’t track conversions accurately: 👇

• It optimizes for the wrong people

• It shows ads to low-intent users

• It struggles to scale winning campaigns

That’s not a tracking issue.

That’s a revenue leak.

I’ve audited accounts where:

– Ads were performing

– The budget was increasing

– But sales suddenly plateaued

The reason?

Pixel data was incomplete.

CAPI was missing or broken.

Once CAPI was fixed:

✔ Better event matching

✔ Smarter optimization

✔ Lower CPA over time

Simple rule:

Bad tracking = bad decisions

Bad decisions = lost money

Technical setups aren’t backend work.

They decide whether your ad budget works for you or against you.

Have you checked your tracking setup recently, or are you trusting the dashboard blindly?
