Say you generate 1000 leads/month.
Looks great.
Out of that:
800 are low intent.
200 are somewhat serious.

Your team talks to all 1000.
Time gone. Energy gone.
Now conversion:
You close 1%.
That’s 10 deals.

Assume ₹25L per franchise.
That’s ₹2.5 Cr revenue.
Sounds fine?

Now watch this.
What if you filtered properly:

- Remove 800 low-quality leads in the first place.
Sales team focuses only on the 200 prospects who have
