The Platform Mastermind is coming to Boise in just a few days!

So this is pretty cool...one of those "pinch me" things and just wanted to share.

About 9 years ago, I hired a real estate company to help me get my property listings in front of more people and help more families find homes in the Treasure Valley. To be honest, my business was really small. I wasn't quite sure if this was a good idea, but my husband Justin encouraged me to go for it....this was the first time as an entrepreneur I'd hired someone to help me. Quite frankly, I didn't really have the money but I took a big risk and bet on working for myself.

Turns out, it was one of the best decisions I made in my career! Within a few years, our business had grown by 10X (like actually) and it changed our lives. If you have seen my videos and posts on social media, it's largely because I work with this creative team and get to learn from over 300 other real estate agents around the United States.

Well, here's where it gets fun. Once per year, we all get together for a conference. Usually, we fly to Florida, meet for a couple days, learn a ton of stuff, and go to the beach. It's a highlight of my year!

But guess what?!

In just a few days, those same 300 real estate agents (from all over the country) are coming right here to Boise!

We're going to show them the best places to eat downtown, go to the Broncos game on Saturday, experience Bogus Basin and Hell's Canyon, and give them a taste of why we LOVE Idaho!

I don't want to sound like I'm bragging on myself, far from it. I just hope this story might encourage someone out there to believe in yourself! I so often felt doubt, but my husband, my team, and my family did believe that I could grow a successful business in the Treasure Valley. By God's grace, we have not just survived, but have overcome so many challenges and THRIVED!!

And I simply would never have thought I'd get to host 300 of the best real estate professionals in my own hometown I love so much!!!

So, if you see us around town this week, stop and say hi! And, if you have a local restaurant, coffee shop, fun boutique or business (Boise, Meridian, Caldwell, Kuna, Nampa etc.) you'd recommend my friends try, leave it down below!
