Jaclyn Fischesser is a Research Analyst at the Institute for Association and Non-profit Research. She supports client projects in all phases including assisting with and .

Her experience with analysis includes leading her university's team to a first-place overall finish in the 2021 Econ Games, an international economics data competition evaluated based on best analysis and presentation given a data set.

Jaclyn recently graduated from the University of Kentucky with two bachelor's degrees in three years, while maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA.

Meet our team!

Dr. Megan Deutschman is a Research Manager at the Institute for Association and Nonprofit Research.

Megan has conducted qualitative and quantitative in academic, , and industry settings. Megan has worked on two National Science Foundation research grants, and she has presented her research both nationally and internationally.

Megan completed her PhD in Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development at the University of Minnesota. She is a LEID (Leadership in Equity, Inclusion & Diversity) Fellow and a published author. Megan also holds a Bachelors of Arts in English from the College of Saint Benedict and a Masters of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls.
