I had the privilege of designing an MLK logo and hoodie design to be used for a MLK Student Appreciation event. I love my country, but I’m not proud of all its history. MLK was (still is) a strong beacon helping to correct our still yet imbalanced country. A great man with a beautiful dream.
Design Basics:
The flag is distressed because our country was so. He stands bright as something to notice. The logo is a monogram style outlined to resemble a crown relating to his name and the “shine” marks illustrating that he was speaking out to be seen and heard, to shine when our country still wasn’t as bright as it could be. He believed all people are created equal, so should we.
