The hardest part about being a mom is adjusting your schedule and having one that is not that your own (especially the first year or so).
So if you try to create a routine and it gets messed up for any given reason (you never know!), you end up frustrated and thrown off, leading to in-action.
By using the non-negotiable tactic, it becomes more flexible and fits fluidly into your day.
The goal is to build confidence and you do that by keeping the promises to yourself, no matter how you get it done. Because if you can trust yourself, you can do literally anything.
Over time, these small habits will compound and this version of you who shows up every day will just be who you are (and you didn’t have to white knuckle it to get there).
You always hit your goals because not succeeding it not an option.
Curious your take on habit stacking as a mom and what your approach looks like?
