A new episode of She Sed is up and this one is all over the place.

We start with bad sleep and headaches, which somehow turns into sun gazing, grounding, and trying to get our energy back on track. From there we go into eating plants from your yard, using weeds for medicine, and a very strange conversation about ticks being dropped onto farmland.

We also talk local honey for dog allergies, leg workouts helping brain health, colostrum (that conversation went exactly how you think it did), and why I now believe cashews are in the poison ivy family.

And somehow we end with dating in your 60s.

If you like random, real, and slightly questionable wellness conversations…this one’s for you.

This month, e2 Worldwide celebrates 25 years in business.

When I started this company 25 years ago, I could not have predicted all the ways it would grow and change over the years. What I have always known is that I love helping businesses grow, and over the years the way I do that has continued to evolve. As the needs of my clients changed, e2 changed right along with them.

e2 Worldwide is the foundation, built on marketing, corporate events, nonprofit galas, fundraising, and creating experiences that help businesses and organizations connect, promote, and grow.

Social Media of Tulsa is the division focused on helping businesses understand, manage, and show up well on social media. Through that work, I taught businesses how to manage it themselves while I also manage it for many, many others.

Podcasting and podcast production are an ongoing part of the business, from producing original podcasts like Poisoned, Bald, and Still Standing and She Sed to creating podcasts for clients as content and storytelling continue to evolve.

D3 by Design is the division focused on broader digital marketing services, including Google advertising, social media advertising, and digital and website updates.

AI strategy and workshops are the newest division, helping businesses and individuals learn how to use AI in ways that are practical, strategic, and actually useful.

They may look different, and they may carry different names, but they are all part of the same company and built on the same foundation: strategy, creativity, and helping businesses grow.

I’m incredibly proud of what e2 has become and deeply grateful for every client, project, referral, and relationship that has been part of the journey.

Different divisions. Same company. Same mission.

25 years later, I’m still doing what I love: helping businesses grow.

Episode 50 is live, and we go from house disasters to real-life emotions in about five minutes flat. Amy is dealing with electrical, plumbing, and everything else that can go wrong at home, while Lisa shares her own plumbing fiasco that somehow leads us into cold plunges, cryotherapy, and staying healthy. Lisa also opens up about the lingering effects of cancer and chemo and how hard it can be to feel like yourself again, before we pivot (as we always do) to ni**le cream for lips, flip-flop pain, packing hacks, airport chaos, tubing mascara, and why we’re apparently both planning our knee replacement recovery strategies. We also talk AI classes, travel tips, and the randomness that makes this podcast what it is.

New She Sed episode is out and this one starts with me standing outside my house at midnight with a gas leak the night before the coldest weekend we’ve had all month.

It only gets better from there.

We somehow go from near-freezing, no heat, and trying to get my house fixed to Amy wanting a rabbit the size of a grown man, drinking pickle juice like it’s normal, and us both agreeing we’d own a full farm if we could.

We also talk AI workshops, dinner parties, Chick-fil-A conspiracies, falling down stairs (again), and why I probably should stop wearing heels, which of course, I won’t.

It’s chaos. It’s real life. It’s us.

Amy got into an argument with AI… and it got personal.

It called her the wrong name, told her it understood her feelings, and she was NOT having it. According to Amy, artificial intelligence should not have feelings and definitely shouldn’t be arguing with her.

This is just one moment from Episode 47 of the She Sed podcast.

Seriously!!

Episode 45 is live and it’s a full health-and-life update.

Lisa is in week four of Covid. Amy is over here humming to clear sinuses and Lisa is recommending sour candy for anxiety like it’s medical school. We talk Galentine’s crafting, lanolin & Afrin as a beauty hack, spring planting plans powered by ChatGPT, and a big mom moment as Amy’s son lands his first real job.

Lisa’s speaking to a group of women who’ve lost their moms…on her own mom’s birthday. If she cries, we’re all crying.

It’s random, it’s heartfelt, it’s She Sed!

Many people think showing up on Google search only comes from their website. In reality, Google pulls information from across the internet to understand what businesses are active and what they specialize in.

When you consistently talk about your services online, through socials posts, podcasts, videos, and education, Google connects your business to those topics and is more likely to show you when someone searches on a topic!

If you’re getting new customers from them searching on Google and you showed up at the top , it’s because of all your other online activity and that’s why Google pulled you to the top! That called organic reach and it is because you’re active online across all platforms.

We had to re-record this one because last week’s file failed, and honestly, it was probably for the best. Lisa was in the middle of Covid voice, basically whispering through the episode, and both of us were running on fumes.

This week we’re back. We talk about how Lisa’s Oura Ring was tracking her inflammation before she even fully processed how sick she was. Amy gives an Amazon haul update (the African bath sponge review alone is worth it) not to mention the copper tongue scraper 😝 and CeraVe! We break down Lisa’s current detox soak that includes Epsom salt, lemon juice, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, and essential oils.

We’re also on the hunt for a real lymphatic massage therapist in Tulsa, celebrating IKEA finally coming to Tulsa Hills, and talking peptides: GHK for hair and skin, BPC for inflammation and sinus relief. And Lisa launching her new workshop on AI!

They accidentally, kinda, put her house up for sale and the amount of phone calls and text messages was overwhelming.

It’s the comeback episode. And it’s better than the one that got deleted.
