There’s something so amazing about working with clients again and again, and Courtney is one of those people I’ve had the privilege of designing for over the years. She recently launched Empowered Wellness, a telehealth practice that’s filling such an important gap for women going through perimenopause, menopause, and all the in-between seasons we don’t talk about nearly enough.⁠

So much of design today is for digital platforms, but as far back as I can remember, I’ve been in love with gorgeous paper, pens, and always seek out the cute stationary stores wherever we are living or visiting. ⁠

That love for print design has never faded, and last year, I had the honor of working with an incredible agency to design a white paper publication for XRAC. Print design is such an art—every detail matters. The way pages flow, the layers of information, the tactile feel of it in your hands. There’s something special about holding a beautifully designed piece, whether it’s a publication like this, a thoughtfully crafted menu at your favorite restaurant, or a gorgeous map and travel book that inspires your next adventure.⁠

One of my absolute favorite things about what I do is helping incredible professionals—especially strong, passionate women—bring their vision to life in a way that truly reflects who they are and how they serve others. Last year, Hallie M. Bezner came to me looking for a refreshed brand and website that would better represent her expertise, confidence, and the deep care she has for her clients. As an attorney, she often works with people in some of the hardest, most vulnerable moments of their lives. So, we designed a site that isn’t just visually striking (hello, bold pink! 💕) but also welcoming, informative, and easy to navigate—helping potential clients feel empowered as they take that first step toward legal guidance.

☕️ Monday morning, fresh coffee, a cleared-off to-do list… and finally, a house free of Flu A. 🎉⁠

Last week? Survival mode. Flu A is no joke, and let’s just say my productivity was at the mercy of tissues, thermometers, temperature checks, and lots of hugs. But today? The youngest is back in school, my desk is covered in creative inspiration, and I can finally dive back into design work.⁠
