Employee recognition should not depend on someone remembering every milestone. There's a lot to remember.

Someone starts on Monday. A work anniversary pops up. A teammate gets promoted. Someone comes back from parental leave. A manager submits a peer nomination.

Gifting for multiple occasions gets tough to manage at scale.

It quickly turns into manual admin work: spreadsheets, calendar reminders, Slack pings, email chains, address and size checks, and one more website someone has to log into.

And someone still has to track the milestone, order the gift, confirm the details, and manually send it through a merch portal every time.

That’s why we’re testing a new swag program feature that helps automate recognition workflows through Zapier.

When a milestone happens in your HRIS or another internal tool, it can trigger the right swag send through the Kotis portal automatically. You don’t have to constantly check dates, plan every gift send, or log into another system each time.

Swag automation is getting a lot easier. We want your feedback!

Kotis is rolling out a Zapier integration that enables teams to automatically create swag orders from the systems they already use.

Think:

- New hire added → welcome kit ships

- Work anniversary reached → recognition gift goes out

- Customer milestone hit → thank-you gift gets created

- Event registration submitted → swag order is triggered

No custom API build. No manually placing the same repeat orders over and over.

The first release is focused on automated order creation, which is a big step for teams managing onboarding, recognition, customer gifting, event follow-up, or any swag workflow that happens on repeat.
