FWD:labs had the opportunity to work with HEAL Together and Race Forward to boost up their national efforts by creating a brand-new website: HEALToWin.org.

Hand-crafted as a custom WordPress site, alongside some fancy real-time API interconnectivity with ControlShift and original work by our go-to illustrator In Goad We Trust - The Art of Jason Goad, we shaped the messaging and opportunities to drive more growth. It's a jumping off point for parents, students, educators, and community members who believe every child deserves equitable access to quality public schools that don’t discriminate.

Shout outs to Race Forward's Anastasia Ordonez and Isaac Grimm on the content and brand side, plus Kristy Arrighi on the ControlShift side!

FWD:labs designed and developed the new Household Savings Calculator for Medicare for All, which launched today: https://calculator.passmedicareforall.org

It was part of a team that included James G. Kahn MD MPH, Rachel Madley PhD, Divya Ganesan, and Henry L. Abrons MD MPH, as well as Medicare for All Political Action Committee, Physicians for a National Health Program, Healthy California Now, and the National Union of Healthcare Workers.

One of several releases we've done this month: a brand-new site for the Association of Clovis Educators just launched.

We worked with parent union California Teachers Association to completely redesign ACE's Weebly site into a more robust, custom WordPress site. It was a joy to work with their local union organizers to strike that perfect balance of fresh issues-forward content with clear ways to get involved and learn more, without needing a ton of time to maintain.

Our video for Occidental College – released earlier today – showcases the unique community-based learning opportunities at the only liberal arts college in Los Angeles.

We collaborated on references, messaging, questions, and locations for impactful on-campus interviews. We also recommended shots and edited together in-house footage from class trips and existing campus b-roll. And we shaped a multi-part storyline to help engage prospective students, to feel empowered, welcomed, and represented at Oxy.
