Two weeks since the rattlesnake bite…
The journey hasn’t been easy. I’m still dealing with nerve pain in my ankle, lingering headaches, and the aftershocks of multiple ER visits, including a scare with sepsis. Healing takes time—and patience.
One thing I’ve learned: recovery is rarely linear. Some days feel like progress, others like setbacks. But just like in business, the key is staying consistent, leaning on the right support, and remembering that challenges are temporary if you keep moving forward.
And here’s a fascinating detail I keep coming back to—the anti-venom that saved me was derived from horses. Their natural immunity to rattlesnake venom becomes our cure. A powerful reminder that strength often comes from unexpected places.
Grateful for modern medicine, family, and faith—because two weeks later, I’m still here. 🙏
