Do you remember as a child what you wanted to do when you grow up?

I always told my mom I gonna be an artist. As years were passing by my interest to art didn't die and I decided to study art in Pedagogical University of my country.

In tree years I moved to USA without getting my degree. Here I decided art isn't that art is not a reliable profession and I need to choose something that will definitely bring money.

This how I ended up studying early childhood education, in which I hot associate degree only to find out that it's not what I want to do 🤦🏻‍♀️

So why do we give up what we dreamed about in childhood, if often this is the most correct choice for our souls?
