ENDORSEMENT NOTICE
My Endorsement of Amos Mwale (Mula 1) for UNZASU Presidency 2026/2027
I, Bashi T, hereby formally and fully endorse the candidature of Amos Mwale, popularly known as Mula 1, for the position of UNZASU President for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Leadership is one of the greatest responsibilities entrusted to an individual. It is a rare mandate given to a few, because while many people can identify problems and speak about the challenges affecting their communities, it takes vision, courage, capacity and commitment to turn those challenges into meaningful solutions and tangible development.
Following the recent electoral process at the University of Zambia, I have taken time to look at the various candidates, their manifestos, ideas and visions for the students. Having done so, I have arrived at my position with conviction: Amos Mwale (Mula 1) is fit and ready to lead UNZASU.
I therefore call upon my brothers and sisters at UNZA, our friends and fellow students, to give Mula 1 your confidence, your support and your mandate.
I believe in his ability to provide the kind of leadership that listens to students, understands their challenges and, most importantly, works to turn their aspirations into reality. Mula 1 represents a leadership that I believe can translate ideas into action and bring meaningful development to the University of Zambia.
As student leaders, we must also recognise that the development of our institutions does not happen in isolation. It requires strong collaboration, responsible student leadership and a shared commitment among institutions and their leaders. As we continue strengthening the bond between student unions, I believe having capable leadership at UNZA will contribute greatly to that vision.
Therefore, my endorsement of Amos Mwale Mula 1 is not merely an endorsement of a candidate; it is an endorsement of a vision, a direction and a leadership I believe is capable of delivering for the students of UNZA.
To the students of the University of Zambia:
The choice is yours, but my position is clear. I believe in Mula 1. I trust his capacity. I believe he is fit to lead, and I confidently endorse his candidature for UNZASU President.
Let us support leadership that is prepared to serve, lead and deliver.
