بالتزامن مع اليوم العالمي للشباب 🌍💙

نفخر في مؤسسة بسمة حياة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصه بأن أثرنا لم يقتصر على تنفيذ المشاريع، بل امتد إلى بناء قيادات وكيانات شبابية تحمل قضية الإعاقة وتصنع التأثير.

خلال مسيرتنا، ساهمنا في دعم وتأسيس كيانات شبابية فاعلة، أبرزها: الشبكة الشبابية لذوي الإعاقة والمهمشين . المنتدى الشبابي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وملتقى الشمول لذوي الإعاقة.
حيث أصبحت هذه الكيانات منصات لتوحيد أصوات الشباب ذوي الإعاقة، ومناصرة حقوقهم، والتأثير في الجهات المحلية والحكومية والمانحين، والدفع نحو سياسات ومشاريع أكثر شمولاً واستجابة لقضايا الإعاقة.

نؤمن أن أعظم أثر يمكن أن نصنعه هو أن نبني أصواتاً لا تُهمَّش، وقيادات لا تتوقف، وكيانات قادرة على مواصلة الدفاع عن حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، حتى يصبح الدمج واقعاً لا شعاراً.

Marking World Youth Day 🌍💙

At Life Smile Foundation for People with Special Needs , we are proud that our impact has gone beyond implementing projects. It has extended to building young leaders and youth-led entities that champion disability rights and create meaningful change.

Throughout our journey, we have contributed to supporting and establishing impactful youth-led entities, most notably: the Youth Forum for Persons with Disabilities, the Youth Network for Persons with Disabilities and Marginalized Communities, and the Inclusion Platform for Persons with Disabilities.

These entities have become platforms for amplifying the voices of young persons with disabilities, advocating for their rights, influencing local authorities, government institutions, and donors, and promoting more inclusive policies and programs that respond to disability-related issues.

We believe that one of the greatest impacts we can create is to build voices that cannot be marginalized, leaders who keep moving forward, and strong entities capable of continuously advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities—until inclusion becomes a reality, not just a slogan.

في إطار السعي المستمر لتمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة ، وتعزيز دمجهم الفعال في المجتمع، تم الاتفاق والعمل المشترك بين الشبكة الشبابية لذوي الإعاقة والمهمشين. ومؤسسة مؤسسة بسمة حياة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصه لتأسيس شراكة استراتيجية تهدف إلى توحيد الجهود وبناء مساحة حاضنة تجمع شتات الطاقات الشبابية للأشخاص ذوي الاعاقة وتفتح أمامهم آفاقاً جديدة للتنمية والتمكين.
​🤝 2. محاور وأهداف الشراكة
​تهدف هذه الشراكة إلى تحقيق الأهداف الرئيسية التالية:
​تأسيس "ملتقى الشمول للأشخاص ذوي الاعاقة": منصة جامعة تهدف لتجميع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في مساحة واحدة للتواصل والتبادل.
​تبادل الفرص: خلق بيئة تفاعلية تسمح بتداول الفرص التدريبية، والوظيفية، والتمكينية المتاحة.
​التوسع الجغرافي: الانطلاق من محافظة تعز والتمدد لبناء شبكة تواصل تربط كافة المحافظات وكافة شرائح ذوي الإعاقة .
​حشد الطاقات: بناء قاعدة بيانات ومجموعة تفاعلية واسعة النطاق تضم المئات إلى الآلاف من الشباب ذوي الإعاقة والداعمين لهم.

في إطار الجهود المبذولة لدعم العملية التعليمية للطلاب من ذوي الإعاقة ، تم تنفيذ اليوم 19/5/2026 زيارة ميدانية إلى مكتب التربية والتعليم بهدف مناقشة التحديات التعليمية التي تواجه مدارس الدمج الخاصة بالمكفوفين، والعمل على إيجاد حلول مناسبة تسهم في تحسين جودة التعليم واستمراريته.

تم النزول إلى مكتب التربية والتعليم برفقة الأستاذ مصطفى الدبعي والذي ساهم في تسهيل عملية التواصل والنقاش مع الجهات المختصة داخل المكتب.
وخلال الزيارة، تم عقد لقاء مع الأستاذ جلال الكمالي، حيث جرى مناقشة قضية توفير معلمين لمدارس الدمج الخاصة بالمكفوفين، لما لذلك من أهمية كبيرة في تعزيز العملية التعليمية وتلبية احتياجات الطلاب من ذوي الإعاقة البصرية.
ومن أبرز القضايا التي تمت مناقشتها
مشكلة غياب الكادر التعليمي للقسم الأدبي في مدارس الدمج.
التأثير السلبي لنقص المعلمين على سير العملية التعليمية للطلاب المكفوفين.
أهمية توفير كوادر تعليمية مؤهلة ومتخصصة للتعامل مع الطلاب من ذوي الإعاقة البصرية.
وما خرج به اللقاء
التأكيد على أهمية معالجة مشكلة نقص المعلمين في مدارس الدمج.
طرح الاحتياجات التعليمية الخاصة بالطلاب المكفوفين أمام الجهات المختصة.
مناقشة سبل تعزيز الدعم لمدارس الدمج وتطوير البيئة التعليمية.
التأكيد على ضرورة التعاون المستمر بين الجهات التعليمية والجهات الداعمة لضمان استمرارية العملية التعليمية بصورة فعّالة.

تأتي هذه الزيارة ضمن الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز حق الطلاب من ذوي الإعاقة البصرية في الحصول على تعليم مناسب وشامل، والعمل على توفير بيئة تعليمية داعمة تساعدهم على مواصلة تعليمهم وتحقيق تطلعاتهم الأكاديمية. كما تؤكد الزيارة أهمية تكاتف الجهات المعنية لدعم مدارس الدمج وتوفير الاحتياجات الأساسية التي تسهم في تحسين جودة التعليم المقدم لهذه الفئة.
In the context of ongoing efforts to support the educational process for students with disabilities, a field visit was conducted on May 19, 2026, to the Office of Education with the aim of discussing the educational challenges facing inclusive schools for blind students and exploring appropriate solutions that contribute to improving the quality and continuity of education.
The visit to the Office of Education was accompanied by Mustafa Al-Dubaie, who contributed to facilitating communication and discussions with the relevant authorities within the office.
During the visit, a meeting was held with Jalal Al-Kamali, where discussions focused on the issue of providing teachers for inclusive schools for blind students, due to its great importance in strengthening the educational process and meeting the needs of students with visual impairments.
Among the that were discussed:
The lack of teaching staff for the literary section in inclusive schools.
The negative impact of teacher shortages on the educational process for blind students.
The importance of providing qualified and specialized educational staff capable of working with students with visual impairments.
Outcomes of the meeting included:
Emphasizing the importance of addressing the shortage of teachers in inclusive schools.
Presenting the educational needs of blind students to the relevant authorities.
Discussing ways to strengthen support for inclusive schools and improve the educational environment.
Stressing the necessity of continuous cooperation between educational authorities and supporting organizations to ensure the effective continuity of the educational process.
In conclusion, this visit comes as part of ongoing efforts aimed at promoting the right of students with visual impairments to receive appropriate and inclusive education, and to provide a supportive educational environment that helps them continue their studies and achieve their academic aspirations. The visit also highlighted the importance of cooperation among concerned parties to support inclusive schools and provide the essential needs that contribute to improving the quality of education offered to this group.
