There's a quiet power in gratitude.
Running your own business means you're often rushing to the next thing.

You hit a milestone, tick it off, and immediately start thinking about what you could've done better or what's next.

It's so easy to forget to pause. To actually celebrate the wins and look back at how far you've come. Yes, even during those uncomfortable times of growing pains and uncertainty.

That pause in between? That's where you actually feel the progress.

Building a business is hard. You're allowed to enjoy it, too.

Unpopular opinion: no one knows what they're doing when they start a business 📈

No one tells you there's no "right" way to do this.

You learn your strengths, you learn your people, and you learn (quickly) what actually keeps a business running.

AI fear mongering is real, and we see it everywhere. Creatives are in despair, watching their craft become cold and impersonal.

We refuse to let it define our industry. We've been having tons of fun with AI, but it always comes back to the person behind the prompt. We’ve even had clients specifically request “human writing” more this year.

So, regardless of your industry, play this song on repeat, take a deep breath today and know: we all need the human touch.
