A sweeet project I was busy with for the last few months.. A sneak peak into my process and the fun of being able to dream and create something beautiful with someone and celebrate it well!!

A little while ago, we did an antenatal course at our church, and one of the most special parts was receiving a prophetic word over our baby girl. As we waited on God to confirm her name, He met us so gently… speaking of blooming flowers — flowers carrying such a sweet fragrance that it would draw people closer to Him. Not because of her, but because of Jesus reflected through her life.

That picture stayed with me.

I felt so stirred to capture it — using some of my favourite pure white flowers, symbolising purity and new life. The bees hold deep meaning for me too… they represent the work we get to do. Sometimes the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit when there are three… and when there are more, it reminds me of the people who will be drawn into what God is doing through her life.

The soft pink and purple, almost cotton-candy tones… that was my way of capturing the gentleness and softness I sense in her spirit — a quiet strength, a willing vessel for the Lord.

I cannot wait to hang this in her room… a reminder of what God has spoken, and the beauty of a life that will one day carry His fragrance into the world.

You Belong Here Too...

I painted a rabbit and a fish together... two beings that don’t naturally share the same world.

The rabbit is grounded, gentle, at home.
The fish moves differently, almost as if it carries another realm with it.

And yet… there is no fear between them. No correction. No demand to become alike. Just awareness. Just space.

This piece spontaneously grew out of something I’ve been learning: belonging doesn’t require sameness. We don’t build beautiful spaces by shaping everyone into one form. We build them by making room...

For me, this painting reflects the kind of world I long to live in, and would like to help create. A world where difference isn’t pushed out, but welcomed. Where identity isn’t measured by usefulness or familiarity, but by presence. Where gentleness is strength.

If I am building anything with my art, I hope it is this:
~ spaces of grace.
~ rooms of safety.
~ a quiet reflection of the Kingdom — where there is always room at the table.
You belong here too. 🤍

As a graphic designer at Pathfind Media, I believe my art background and playfulness in my style really aids in creating brand Identities for businesses that wish to stand out, think outside the box and make a statement! 💃

In this project, I not only created the brand Identity, I also designed the website and did the photography specifically to communicate the clients personality (because it's always good to get to know someone especially if they are going to be your coach 😉). This extra add to the website also grounds the user to the content of the page, making it fun to explore the content more.

Go have a look, and let me know what you think.

In 2025 one of my favourite projects to do was creating this beautiful coffee pouch design for ☕☺️

I had the privilege to hear their story, drink the coffee and spend some time with Etienne and his beautiful wife! The way they lay down their lives for a bigger purpose, has really been evident and their love for our King Jesus just radiates through them 🙏🥹

From getting to know them, to pouring myself into this project, was an adventure.. the details in the packaging, the wording, the layout, everything was thoughtfully planned and designed.. and of course I loved illustrating in this line-work style.

If you want to go get a great cup of heavenly coffee, go visit them!!

This year, I’m learning to seek balance in every part of my creative journey.

I wear a few hats... full-time graphic & web designer, illustrator, artist, photographer… a wife and soon to be mommmmy! 🥹

I honestly don’t know yet how life will shift, what will remain, or what may need to rest for a season. But I do know this: the creativity I carry was never self-made, and it was never meant to be carried alone. 💖

God has entrusted me with many forms of creativity, including creative problem-solving on the hard days, and I’m slowly learning that grace is found in the imbalance too. The stretching, the adjusting, the letting go and picking up again.
One thing has become clear to me: whatever our hands are set to will always touch someone else. There is always a receiver, a viewer, a listener, a heart on the other side. And that means we were never meant to do this alone or in our own strength.

So here’s to a year of finding balance together, with humility, patience, and trust, knowing that seasons change, and that growth often feels messy before it feels steady.
