Full-Time Medical Receptionist wanted!

Location: Constantia, Cape Town
Position: Full-Time Receptionist

Our client is seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organised Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience in our wellness environment.
To note: this is a multidisciplinary practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment bookings.

Maintain reception and waiting areas in a neat and welcoming manner.

Assist with client check-ins, payments, and scheduling.

Support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Manage and assist 5 medical practitioners diaries and schedules.

Manage patient accounts and cold calling for outstanding accounts.

Requirements:

Previous medical reception experience is a MUST.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Certificate/Diploma in Administration.

Computer literate (MS Office, GOODX, DIARIZE ME, SME METRIC & HEALTHBRIDGE)

Professional, well-presented, and reliable.
