I can't walk into a shopping centre and just shop 😫. My daughter is looking for lipgloss, but all I can see is the branding, directional signage, state of the bathrooms, lighting, places to sit and try really really hard not to pick up a paper on the floor!
That's my occupational hazard of 15 years in shopping centres. Any other retail marketers that do the same?

Hills I'll die on after 20 years in marketing:

Strategy comes before design. Always. A pretty post with no plan behind it is only decoration.

It doesn't have to break the bank. Google business profile, referrals and collabs are all free.

Marketing is not only social. Show up where your customers are in real life too.
