If you feel down... sit with it.
If you feel disappointed... sit with it.
If you feel hurt... sit with it.
Whatever the emotion is that you are feeling... just sit with it.
Do not run from it.
Do not turn your back on it.
Do not sweep it under the rug.
Face it, deal with it and give it the time, respect and attention it deserves.
Because your feelings are valid and deserve acknowledgement. And you deserve kindness, even if it is from yourself.
