If you feel hurt... sit with it.

Whatever the emotion is that you are feeling... just sit with it.

Do not run from it.
Do not turn your back on it.
Do not sweep it under the rug.
Face it, deal with it and give it the time, respect and attention it deserves.

Now that the initial stress of "Back to work" and "Back to school" is behind us, let us focus on creating Balance.

To the hustling ladies and moms: please remember that taking care of yourself is júst as important as taking care of your Loved Ones! You cannot pour from an empty cup.

Hence the importance of packing a nutritious lunch box. Rather pack your own Lunch, instead of paying a visit to the canteen ~ you will save money and resist unhealthy temptations (can't we all relate 😉).

Health Tips:
• Switch white bread with Low GI whole wheat bread
• Egg is a great source of protein

Today it is Back to School!

A healthy Breakfast is just as important as getting the kids to School on time.

If you are struggling to find the time to make Breakfast for yourself during the Morning Rush (yes, YOU are also a priority!), try this:

• Prepare a nutricious smoothie the night before. Let it chill in the fridge overnight.
• In the morning, decant the smoothie in a "On the go" Breakfast pot. Add some muesli or oats on the side.
• Get up and go! Load your Power Breakfast in the car, together with the kids.
• Once the kids are dropped off at school and you arrive at the Office ~ open up and enjoy!
