RETAIL BRANDING SOLUTIONS proudly announces the appointment of Kelly Kissoon as its new Operations Manager — a landmark moment for one of South Africa’s leading signage businesses. With extensive knowledge of the signage, print and retail sectors, she brings practical insight into store rollouts, retail compliance, deadlines and logistics.

Kelly’s journey is one of resilience, growth, and leadership. Beginning in 2013 as a junior graphic designer at Badger (the company’s former name), she left her small hometown of Kokstad with the determination to succeed in the signage industry. Over the years, she has contributed across every department, steadily building her expertise and earning recognition as the perfect match for this leadership role.

As Operations Manager, Kelly now oversees daily production, processes, client relations, artwork and design solutions, logistics, and overall production management. Her calm, firm, and encouraging leadership style has already made her a trusted guide for the team.

Kelly’s appointment also represents a powerful step forward for female leadership in the signage industry. She exemplifies the Imfundiso motto of RETAIL BRANDING SOLUTIONS — “to teach and grow”.
