Join Muzi Digital, our sister company at Muzi FM.

We are expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Tender Administrator to join our team. This role is fully remote and offers a unique opportunity to grow with us.

Responsibilities:
- Actively search for new tender opportunities on platforms like e-tenders and SA tenders.
- Attend compulsory meetings for tender opportunities.
- Prepare and compile administrative documents (CK documents, tax clearances, proposals).
- Source suppliers and prepare costings.
- Submit tender documents on time.

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Previous experience in tender administration is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation:
- Commission-based for the first three months, based on the profit margins of awarded tenders.
- Opportunity to move to a basic salary after a successful probation period.

Our website is currently down for maintainance on our server, we are also taking this time to implement changes on the site, this maintainance seems to be affecting our e-mails from sending and receiving mail, however everything should be back up within the next 48 hours or before.

Our digital stream is unaffected because it runs independently, on any radio streaming platform Muzi FM continues to be Live.
