Lately I’ve been crocheting, and there’s something so calming about working with your hands, counting stitches, and watching something grow one small loop at a time.

It’s still creativity, just slower. Less scrolling, more making.
And honestly, it always feeds the work I do online too: fresh ideas, better focus, and a softer mind.
