For the 3rd time (2023, 2025 and 2026), I am part of the 5th graders' (whom I call our social change champions) journey as they work on their PYP Exhibition; their senior elementary graduation project . I conducted my flagship interactive workshop for children as a guest speaker for a group of students working on the topic "Social Media".

Touching upon the "6-Step Core Social Marketing Planning Framework" (Kamel and French, 2025), we challenged this question: Do the benefits of social media outweigh the risks, specifically when it comes to children? Together, we explored the global recommendations, starting with smartphone-free schools to no smartphones before at least 14 years old, and no social media till at least 16 years old.
