Most Shopify brands lose customers at the landing page before Klaviyo ever gets involved. Instant changes that - and the connection to Klaviyo is what makes it valuable beyond design.
Here is what I am exploring this week:
Instant is a landing page and storefront builder for Shopify. It lets brands build high-converting pages without touching code. But the reason I am spending time on it from a Klaviyo perspective is its data integration.
When Instant is connected to Klaviyo, the following happens:
Form submissions on Instant pages pass directly to Klaviyo as profile creations or updates. This means a lead magnet page, a product launch waitlist, a quiz result page - all of those can feed email addresses and form answers into Klaviyo automatically.
Page visit data from Instant can be used as Klaviyo profile properties. If someone visits your "New Collection Launch" page three times without converting, that is a behavioural signal Klaviyo can act on.
Quiz answers in Instant can populate custom Klaviyo profile properties. "What is your skin type?" becomes a property on the profile that personalises every flow going forward.
What I am building: a mapping of every Instant form and page interaction type to its corresponding Klaviyo action - whether that is a segment entry, a flow trigger, or a profile property update.
The landing page is not the end of the customer journey. When it is connected to Klaviyo, it is the beginning of it.
Do you use a landing page builder with your Shopify store? Is it connected to Klaviyo in any way beyond basic email capture?
