We’ve saved one for last. 💗

This Women’s Month, we’ve celebrated the women behind idna and the different strengths they bring to what we do.

Today, we’re celebrating Tam, who brings imagination.

She sees possibility everywhere. In a brief. In a blank room. In a problem that needs solving. And occasionally in an idea the rest of us aren’t quite sure about yet. 😅

For Tam, imagination isn’t about making things look different. It’s about thinking differently. Asking better questions, challenging the expected and finding the idea that makes people think, feel or do something.

It’s the thinking that started idna, and it still sits at the heart of how we work today.

Because before you can create something that hasn’t been done before, someone has to imagine it.

And thankfully for us, Tam’s brain rarely switches off. 😂💗

Meet the women in our DNA. 💗

Today, we’re celebrating Seanne, who brings momentum.

Seanne is the person who gets things moving and keeps them moving. She drives projects forward, gets stuck in, solves problems and has very little patience for anything standing between the team and the finish line.

She brings pace, determination and a healthy dose of “right, let’s get this done.”

Because brilliant ideas are one thing. Someone has to make them happen.

This Women’s Month, we’re celebrating the women behind idna, and today it’s Justine, who brings positivity.

Justine has that rare ability to make things feel a little lighter. She brings warmth, optimism and a very definite we’ll-figure-it-out energy to the team.

Because positivity isn’t just about being cheerful. It changes the energy in a room, opens up possibilities and reminds us that even when things get tricky, there’s usually another way through.

And at idna, we’re big believers that positivity creates possibility.

Today, we’re celebrating Shannon, who brings creativity.

Shannon is the brain behind so much of what idna puts out into the world. She takes the half-formed thought, the scribble, the “I don’t know exactly what I mean, but you know what I mean” brief 😂 and turns it into something brilliant.

She sees possibilities where the rest of us see a blank page, and makes sure our ideas don’t just work, they look and feel like idna.

Because creativity isn’t decoration.

Meet the women in our DNA.

This Women’s Month, we’re celebrating the women behind idna, and the different strengths (and personalities) they bring to everything we create.

Today, it’s Mary, who brings energy. ⚡

Mary is part powerhouse, part people-person, and just the right amount of nuts. She brings enthusiasm, warmth and a whole lot of personality to programmes, speakers, stakeholders, sponsors and the team around her.

She gets excited. She gets involved. She cares. And you definitely know when Mary is in the room. 😂

Because energy is contagious, and great experiences are built by people who genuinely give a damn about what they’re creating.

Meet the women in our DNA.

This Women’s Month, we’re introducing the incredible women behind idna, each with a unique strength that helps us create experiences people remember.

Today, we’re celebrating Lauren, who brings calm… and in events, calm is practically a superpower.

When timelines tighten, plans change and approximately 427 things decide to happen at once, Lauren brings a steady hand, a clear head and the kind of energy that says, we’ve got this.

Because great experiences need big ideas, creativity and energy, but every now and then, they also need someone to stop the rest of us running around with our hair on fire. 🔥

Lauren brings calm. And we’re very glad she does.
