Mr James Gadinabokao,the NW Provincial Chairperson of Black Business Council in the Built Enviroment and President of GATVOL Residents and Voters Movement at the occasion of BRICS Welcome Gala Dinner at Gallagher Convention Center. It was a great honor to be invited by Black Business Council to attend the 15th BRICS Summit and to form part of Global South business community in the agenda of contributing to the economic emancipation of BRICS affiliated countries.
