✨ Machine Care Tip ✨

In this video, we show what happens when the wrong screw is loosened while trying to clean under the needle plate on the PR/VR series machines.



A customer was experiencing trimming issues and accidentally loosened the outer rotary hook screw which holds the position finger in place. When this happens, the outer rotary hook comes loose and spins with the bobbin casing, this causes the machine's timing to go out causing broken needles and even possible machine damage.



⚠️ Always double-check before loosening any screws, and when in doubt, let a technician handle it. Give us a call, It’ll save you time, needles, and frustration! 🧵✨
