Substance Abuse Addiction and Process Addiction stats have nearly doubled in South Africa since the inception of COVID 19 lockdown regulations.

Most addicts don't want to be in addiction but don't know how to escape its devastating clutches.

Not only the people personally affected by addiction are in trouble here, families and friends are also pulled into the abyss. Unknowingly they become part of the Cycle of Insanity by trying to control or cure the addict. Many parents also believe they were the cause of this troubling behavior and therefore try their best to give the addict everything they need/or don't need, from a foundation of guilt and fear.

This is were our organisation steps in - We have an education page about the addictions-SAPA Forum-and another one, Pretoria Addiction Consulting and Referrals, where we are able to point you in the right direction for the best treatment for the level of addiction.
