Today, we celebrate a very special milestone: one full year since Michela joined the EP Digital Group family.
Michela, calling you our Head of Operations does not fully capture everything you do. You are the person who keeps the wheels turning, the office moving and the rest of us on track, often while quietly managing a demanding portfolio of corporate clients of your own.
You step in wherever you are needed, whether it is operations, finances, client support, problem-solving or simply helping to keep everyone calm, focused and happy. You carry so much responsibility with commitment, strength and heart, and your contribution has become an essential part of who we are as a company.
Over the past year, you have not only proven yourself to be incredibly capable and dependable, but you have also become someone we trust, value and appreciate more than words can properly express.
Thank you for your loyalty, your hard work, your patience and the care you bring into everything you do. Thank you for believing in EP Digital Group and for helping us grow stronger, more organised and more united.
